WAYS TO ASK YOUR CRUSH TO BE YOUR VALENTINE

If you have been crushing on someone hard and valentine’s day is coming up, this might be the perfect opportunity to let them know how you feel about ‘em . Ask them to be your valentine ! you can make a card , leave a note, bake heart-shaped cookies or just come out right and say it.
Ways you can say it:
(1.) Create a handmade card: you can go all out and make something elaborate, or you can keep it simple. If you are not artistic, get a piece  of red construction paper, fold it in half and use that as your card, be creative with it : If you know your crush likes certain animal , you can draw it on it.your card should not necessarily be handmade, but I guess he/she will appreciate it, when its hand made
(2.) You can write a long note anytime, but if you just want to ask your sweetie to be your valentine, write something simple in your card. You could say “Would you be…” on the front of the card, then write “…my valentine?” on the inside. For a little something extra, you could write a compliment like “You look nice today.” You could also write “Just wanted to know…” on the outside and on the inside say, “Will you be my valentine?”
(3.) Sign your card. If you want your crush to know it’s you right away, sign your name on the inside. To be a little more mysterious, sign the card as “Your Secret Admirer” or “Your Hopeful Valentine
(4.) Give the card to your crush. If you’re feeling brave, you can always walk right up to your crush and hand them the card. However, it's pretty normal to feel shy about it, so you don't have to do it that way. You can always leave the note somewhere they’ll be sure to find it.  For example, you could put it in their locker, slip it in their backpack when they are not looking, or put it in one of their text books.  For an extra special touch, you can leave a single flower with the note.

Alleged N4.478billion contracts fraud

Eight companies which got N4.478 billion to supply 104 Unity Colleges Science Kits disappeared with the cash. The Universal Basi c Education Commission (UBEC) has written the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to admit that the kits were not supplied. The anti-graft agency is probing top UBEC. Officials for alleged diversion of a huge chunk of the N20 billion voted for contracts. One of the contracts is the supply of science and technical equipment and books. The movement of about eight suspects has been restricted to the country following the seizure of their passports. UBEC conducted an audit of the items supplied by the eight companies. In a March 1, 2018 letter to the EFCC, signed by an Assistant Director for Procurement, Benjamin A. Smart, UBEC confirmed that there was fraud in the contracts.
