Masturbation is the self stimulation of the genitals to achieve sexual arousal and pleasure, usually to the point of climax or orgasm. From this part of the World where I come from, most perceive it to be a bad thing to do, maybe morals or religion let them have a view that masturbating is bad, while they indulge it secretly and come to the open to criticize it.  If your religion says no, maybe you might follow that and this is not for you. I’m not in anyways asking you to masturbate if you are not into it. But I will like to list out some health benefits masturbating entails, as lots of people have reasons why they masturbate.
